A little information is a very frightening thing. Hundreds of years ago, the elves and the goblinkin fought for control of known space in the Unhuman War. Though the elves won that first campaign, they know the goblinkin are clamoring for a rematch. Recently the elves commissioned a few good adventurers to infiltrate the base of a new race of advanced orcs known as the scro. They were hoping to gain information on their enemies' numbers and plans. The news they found was far worse. The scro have discovered a weapon of awesome destruction, one that can lay waste to entire worlds. But the key to unlock its power lies lost and forgotten. Even now the scro are searching for it. When they find it, they will wreak destruction and revenge on the inhabited planets. The elves are looking for an adventuring team who can win this desperate race, and find the key first. Your PCs may be the only thing that stands between known space and doom. Heart of the Enemy is a 96-page adventure set in the Second Unhuman War. The second of a two-part series, it can either be linked with the previous Goblin's Return or it can be played as a stand-alone adventure. TSR 9347

Inspired by the "Happy Fun Ball" from the web series Critical Role, The Cube of Vanya is a magical adventure through demi-planes created by an ancient wizard, now destabilized by a malevolent dragon. The adventurers find themselves trapped within a series of themed planes with no idea how they got there. Navigating these planes to find a means of escape, they uncover the secrets of the cube while piecing back together their own memory. During the campaign the adventurers may fight shadow demons in an inn which is really a prison, flee a tornado while perched perilously in the sky, forge a weapon within a volcano, and much more. The module is structured in a non linear manner allowing the adventurers to choose their own way, or for the DM to pick and choose their favourite bits to highlight. The adventure was written with four level 5 players in mind but it would be easy to tweak for different sized groups around that level.

Every year, on the very same day, the city of Cape Coral has been besieged by a giant Kraken, killing dozens of people and destroying huge chunks of the town. That day this year is approaching quickly -- in fact, the town has only two days left to prepare. Princess Lua, the daughter of the former king of Cape Coral, has reached out to the party to beg their aid in protecting the town. The Kraken is far too formidable a foe to try to attack alone, so instead the party must convince as many factions of townsfolk as they can to aid them in the fight, set traps, and fortify or evacuate the town. After their two days are up, the Kraken attacks, and the party, supported by whoever they managed to convince, must face it in battle. Along the way, though, the players have a chance to figure out why the Kraken attacks in the first place -- and, if they are quick and clever enough, they can stop the attacks for good. Drastic Measures is a two to three hour adventure for four to six first level characters in a new Spelljammer campaign. It is designed to be a springboard for new players to introduce their characters and come together as a team. The DM can use this adventure as a foundation for any new Spelljammer campaign or as a hefty one-shot adventure. Upon completion of this adventure, the characters will advance to second level and the DM will have a menu of ideas for a continued campaign. This publication has 22 pages and includes a deck plan and statistics for a brand-new spelljamming ship, stat blocks for convenience, and an appendix for determining the mysterious reasons why the characters find themselves aboard this unusual ship. This adventure assumes you already own the D&D core rulebooks and the Spelljammer: Adventures in Space boxed set. The adventure begins with confusion, a ghostly warning and clouded memories as the players awaken from a deep sleep within an unfamiliar vessel – the Drastic Measures – adrift among the wreckage of a ship graveyard in deep space. They must work together to find their equipment, get the ship up and running, and defend themselves from oncoming pirates. A handful of oddball NPCs aids the players as they come to realize this is no ordinary ship. The DM will delight in answering such questions as why are the players here? Why were they in hibernation? Who built this ship, and why?
